DICAS E CUES
  • Square your pelvis to front of chair
  • Pedal foot hip will want to drop, pull it up towards it’s armpit to stabilize pelvis
  • Shift your torso forward on same diagonal as pedal leg
  • Keep top knee in line with middle of foot
  • Add pad under pedal for petite client so top thigh is parallel to floor
  • Pre-requisite is Going Up Front on High Chair with no hands
