Did you know Pilatesology offers a variety of classes filmed around the world in different languages? We also have many classes with Closed Captions in other languages. Read on to learn how to navigate the site to find a class in your language!

How To Find Classes In Your Language (or with Captions In Your Language)

Click on Workouts or Learn in the top menu, then scroll down to “Languages” in the filter menu on the left.

How To Turn On Captions In Your Language

After you’ve found a class that is featured in your language, click Play on the class. You will see a CC button in the navigation bar within the video.
