Marlene Amado

A strong, compassionate and inspiring leader with over 22 years of Pilates teaching experience. Marlene's career has been mainly influenced by a wide body of movement analysis and perspectives on the body including, the research and work of Thomas Myers, Stacy Sims, Samantha Brennan and Tracy Issacs. She loves creating and delivering Pilates content that educates, inspires and delves deeper into the work of Joe and Clara Pilates in a way that is empowering and inclusive. She is passionate about supporting new and established Pilates teachers and students discover the relevance and application of the original work and critically reflect on the themes of fitness, health, ageing, socioeconomics and gender.
