This listing is for my home studio and private clients. I have over 40 years of fitness training, am a Certified Personal Trainer as well, and offer Reformer and Mat Pilates in my home, along with props such as the Magic Circle, Box, Stability Ball, BOSU, yoga blocks, Pilates Foot Corrector and other specialty foot items. I work in several studios for Club Pilates and the YMCA, and offer private lessons in a boutique location. In my home, I specialize for clients with neurological needs; e.g., post-stroke in conjunction with or following rehabilitation and P.T./O.T; Parkinson's patients; MS patients; other neuro-based adaptations. I follow The Neuro Studio (Meghann Koppele Duffy and Mariska Breland) closely, work with a local PT and a Neuro specialist, and study related needs to offer tailored assistance in this area. As to Club Pilates Teacher Training - though there is much chatter in cyber space about the pros and cons of it, my Master Trainer is classically as well as comprehensively trained long before Club Pilates came to be, and she brought her receipts. There are many, many highly trained instructors in this company, bringing the good stuff to the realm. I am proud of my association with Club Pilates, and of what we bring to the work. As my mother always said, "Gold is where you find it".
